Why's Homer in my article on Hosting a website?

Website hosting the blogpaper and Homer! is the title of a piece I wrote for the blogpaper.co.uk a site for bloggers worldwide that gives them a chance to be published in print... and you guessed it only trendy tree hugging or arty subjects get a look in not a workaday product like website hosting, which while nessesary is not arty and all the other adjectives (is that the right word?) above!  This article is my moan to a world that does not think hosting is sexy!


I didn't have to write Simpson did I? Every one knows Homer! While checking my emails I read about how the people who get published in the blogpaper paper, get badges.... and that did for me.

I had a Homer moment, you know when he looks vacantly in to space, mumbles a word or two in this case three; “Published...Blogpaper... badge” and drools! And then maybe a little Homer Simpson sigh!!!!

Homer I'm with you pal, I understand!

No more articles on Website Hosting and Auto responder software for me, O No!!!!!!

I need something provocative and artistic preferably expensive, so its picked up by the cognizentie and all the other uber trend setters!

(There's a lot of exclamation marks in this one! :)

I'm going to find a sexy subject online to write about, or create my own complete with product and sexy arty photos.

What immediately sprang to mind was a good looking lady potter, plus salt and pepper pots shaped into poses from the karma sutra... So you have to prise the lusty condiments from a saucy embrace every time you want to season your food!

And I shouldn't be allowed any near a typewriter to bang out 350 words ever.

Maybe website hosting will be sexy one day, who knows? In case it ever is I will just say this I know which hosting company will be the sexiest!
