Good blogs have video on them, visitors like video and original video gets some great link juice!
Lets say you produce a video and post it to a social video sharing site like YouTube or Vimeo DailyMotion or perhaps Clipshack! That is a more effective way of getting the message out there Online, than just putting an original video on your blog and hoping people find it.

You fill out your submission details and you include your blog link, you would then have a good high quality one way PR link or Page Ranked link going straight to your site. From popular well visited sites in fact getting your video on as many of them as possible, is highly recommended, and including your site link in the video is as well!

Plus the usual embed code and simple URL... the video's Internet link, so people can still repost your video on their sites giving you even more link love and you have another Website on which to get your content.
